I have friends who always ask me how it's going and if need be, send me weekly emails at my request helping to keep me on track.

With 3 new books on the table I am also working with a mentor on how to focus on writing in the moment. This is a little harder to explain, but instead of looking at what I think I need to accomplish that day, just starting and enjoying the writing process. Let it be what it is meant to be that day in the moment.

Let's face it - it's the stress and worry that hold us back. So finding ways to release and a work schedule that is enjoyable is a big plus.

Walk Briskly - Breathe Deeply

poster quote rest breath
As I
was listening to a taped lesson on personal growth the other day, I was taken by the focus on the importance of breath.  When we are stressed or tense, we breathe shallowly and may not be taking in enough oxygen for our bodies to use.  This is a vicious cycle as the lack of enough oxygen can trigger our fight or flight reaction. That creates more stress, which tightens us up more and keeps us Read more of this blog post »

Debbie "DJ" Darn it, I can't PM you with an "authors page.," so will just do here. Saw your comment on Esil's review and wanted to say she's fantastic. If you get a chance check out Debbie Annan, she's who Wes talked to while I was "away."

Hope you're having a great time at the fashion show! Will email soon, so much to share...
