Allow me to introduce myself—I'm Katrina Rose, though many know me as *Kat’s in the Hat*, a nickname earned from my love of donning whimsical hats at book events. I've been writing since childhood, chasing stories that stir the soul and spark the imagination. All of my writings are based on true stories, but for my own protection and those that are innocent, I write the stories as fiction changing the names and locations purposely for everyone's sake. My latest passion project is the *Dream Detective Series*, a genre-bending blend of murder mystery and the paranormal, inspired by true events in the country house secluded deep within the woods of a small town with many secrets.
