I get notifications from Goodreads when somebody leaves a question but I also get all the Goodreads marketing stuff so I must have dismissed it in error. Anyway.., my publisher does use distrubution venues other than Amazon... but Amazon is the quickest to respond so the books tend to get up there first and the others take a few days. They should all have Lilly up by this point.(less)
