Was very confused as t why the big city they went shopping at, was all the way in Ashville, there are lot bigger cities closer to the coast. But, other than that, very much a NC story of that time. (and maybe even so today.)
Why didn't the prosecutor question the publisher about whether Kya appeared to be awake all night, or did she appear to be well rested the next morning?
