Thqueenbee LOL--Relax. Mac and Barrons "love life" does not progress in this one. They have no sex in this one. Neither does Dani..instead Mac goes around SPOILER invisible and spies on people like Jo having sex and gets all hot and bothered, then we are treated to what she thinks of Barrons in bed--more than once. We are also treated to how sexy everyone else looks while she watches like a peeping Tom. Then we are treated to Mac remembering helping out when she was a kid, the smell of grass, her grandad being sick, how great her father is... how great Barrons is--and what she thinks of each character she spies on. Ad nauseum.

Because this goes on for dozens (and I do mean dozens of pages) and Elina--we get treated to the sorrows of Mac and her guilt for helping to kill Barron's son... and there is almost nothing about Mac and Barrons relationship really there except an excerpt resurrected and reprinted in a book about a love scene that happened in the past and Mac starts to remember it... and in doing so, is mad at Barrons for not allowing her to remember it sooner.

Whoa--I think I just gave away at least 40% of the book right now..

Najie Ya know..as someone who comes on good reads to get goid information and insight on books, i totally would have respected your opinion more if you in fact had not just given away 40% of the plot. That was downright inconsiderate and might i say rude? Ive noticed that you are a self proclaimed "fan" yet every single comment you've made in this post is basically nothing but book bash Burned. Yes there are more books ive loved or certain characters i love more than others but for you to sit here and completely spoil a book and then say "oops did i do that" (in an eerkel voice ) in my opinion makes your reviews baseless and completely questionable. I read a few of your comments before writing this..i also noted You just JOINED goodreads. Maybe be more considerate in the future and a little less hurtful to someone you claim to be a fan of. Authors owe you nothing but a story.
