This may be true, but her conclusions are highly suggestive of recommendations. She certainly picks a side on the evidence in most cases. Sometimes she explains why her decision might not be right for you, other times she makes sweeping generalisations, e.g. episiotomies = bad. Fine if you're being offered one as a matter of routine, panic inducing if the doctor tells you you need one. She doesn't even mention the cases where they are, in fact, a good idea and/or may prevent a C-section.
