Thanks for your thoughtful answer. I knew nothing about Chanel aside from her brand and read the novel without preconceived notions. Sad that people are judging and reviewing your book without giving it (or you) a fair chance. I also write historical novels in the first person and find those the most absorbing. Kudos to you--keep up the great work. l'm a fan for life!
