Have you read Peter F. Hamiltons Commonwealth series?
Strangely I haven't read very much Peter F. Hamilton.
Oh wow! If you have the time I strongly recommend getting your nose stuck in more of his work. The commonwealth series starts with Pandoras Star and goes through three separate dual book series. BTW very much looking forward to Bobiverse 3, love the concept and pure geekiness of the writing.
I believe the answer your going for is Disney World.
