The ms has changed somewhat in response to about a hundred rejections; trimmed down ~15k words and removed/redistributed the prologue.
Thanks for the offer, Stan! I sent it out last night to the first agent (who seemed far and away the most compatible) but if she says no I'd love to run it by you to see if you have suggestions! Much appreciated. I'm seeking representation in England, and did a fair amount of digging into what was expected there beforehand, but you never know.
