That is... not enough sleep. No wonder Sophie has so much drama... I would too if I only got 4 hours of sleep. Please get more sleep!
Also, if you see this, I would be so happy if you gave Fitz a definite redemption arc. He is one of the best characters you've created... he needs to be redeemed! Read up on it... it would be a lovely thoughtful touch
