Mir Wow! So you taught yourself all aspect of producing a graphic novel along the way?! That's amazing.

I. Merey Hi! Thank you! Uhhh, well, some people did not find it so amazing ::sweats:: and it totally does have the feel of 'hey a person who didn't know what dafuq they were doing made this' but.... I did try my best, and it was an incredibly educational (also stressful) process. Thanks for commenting~!

Mir I thought it had the feeling of something personal and hand-done, like one of the characters was doing it privately in their sketchbook. A bit like "My Favorite Thing is Monsters".

I. Merey Heh, yes---if I had had the skill at the time to make it NOT look 'hand-made', I would have done it, but I did not. The irony is, if I re-drew it now, it would look more 'pro', but I don't think I could put the same soul into it as the version where I was legit feeling it all out. I haven't heard of that book, I will have to check it out :>

Mir So it was a fortuitous lack on your part! even if it was frustrating at the time. Are you planning more graphic novels?

I. Merey I did have another idea in the buffer---but I have a kid now (have had, for a while aha) and I feel like my concentration is quite splintered :/ When I was drawing a/e, I put in 10-12 hours a day on everything that needed to be done, and I just... can barely squeeze out drawing for 30 minutes solid these days ;-;
