message 2: by Amy (new)

Amy Bruno The really should make The Nightingale into a movie, though I don't know it anyone could do it justice. I just finished the book last night and I'm still in tears. It was simply amazing. Thank you, Kristin, for a phenomenal read that will stay with me for a very long time. I already miss Viann and Isabelle. Congrats on the release, I am sure it is going to be a huge hit!

message 3: by Celina (new)

Celina They should make a film for Winter Garden!

message 4: by Glenda (new)

Glenda I'm so glad to see that Home Front will be made into a movie. I hope they do a good job of incorporating all of the themes you had in your novel. Great book!

message 5: by Julia (new)

Julia I hope they can stay true to the story line of your books. I have seen other novels made into TV movies and IMO they do not follow the book at all.

message 6: by Julia (new)

Julia Will you have any input as to the screen play, actor-actress choices?

message 14: by Renee (new)

Renee I just finished my first Kristin Hannah Book (Firefly Lane), not to be my last and the entire time I was reading it, I thought it would make a GREAT movie! :) I agree though; hold out for the right producer . You need a Johnny for this one!

message 19: by Mary Jane (new)

Mary Jane Rouse I hate what most films do to the book! Please be careful

message 20: by Hubert (new)

Hubert Landmeter No, Firefly Lane would never work as a movie. It's impossible to capture the two main characters in 120 minutes. Keep saying, or shouting, NO, until you get a tv deal for a mini-event of 10 episodes of 60 minutes at least.

message 21: by Cristina (new)

Cristina I would LOVE to see a movie of The Nightingale.

message 22: by Lynley (new)

Lynley Home Front would make such an amazing movie! Just finished this book and loved the characters, story, and overall theme of the strength of women and mothers. Amazing novel!!! Kristin Hannah, if you are ever near the Space Coast of Florida, I would LOVE to meet you!!!

message 23: by Becca (new)

Becca Hoping you find the right producer for Firefly Lane! Also would be AWESOME if True Colors became something. Loved both of them. Currently reading Fly Away!

message 24: by Joanne (new)

Joanne I absolutely loved Winter Garden. I noticed that a lot of people think it would be a great movie, but I am afraid a movie would not be able to do it justice.

Jennifer O'Neill I just got chills! Home Front is one of my favorites! The Great Alone would be an awesome movie. All of your books would be amazing movies.
