Spanish reader here! I would really love to see The fill-in boyfriend in Spain, I've heard they're publishing The distance between us here later this year! As a suggestion, I think a good translation could be: "El novio de relleno" or "El novio sustituto", something like that. I'm doing my degree on English Studies and I love thinking about translations of words and expressions.
