I have never had that problem... yet! I usually know where I want the story to go. With The McClane Apocalypse, I wrote all three books in three months. Then I went back and did slower, more accurate editing on book one before publishing. Then I worked on two and now I am editing on three. But the whole story was there. I would suggest taking some time to read through the whole manuscript and then visualize where you want it to go before moving forward. An outline will help you a lot! Regards, Kate
