Yes, I follow and support the Black Lives Matter movement There is a lot we can do in the United States to improve every life, including the recognition that there is no such thing as a sub species of human. There is no such thing as "race." Americanah was interesting because the writing was intriguing, it was an African point of view, and it did point out some weaknesses in the Nigerian way of living -- such as corruption and the universities closing because of strikes.
