Exactly. And it's not that i'm knocking James Rollins. It's more that I LOVE him so much, I just miss his stand alones and am craving another one from him. Im guessing that he signed some kind of contract to churn out these Sigma novel series. I just miss the creativity and adventurous worlds outside of this one is all. I love James Rollins.
I like series, but I would like to see more Monk and Kat also. It could use a bit of a change like that :D other than that, James Rollins is awesome!

I'd like his books better when the info and details about the characters' personal romantic relationships were kept to a minimum. I don't think Rollins does romance well at all.
