I thought it was going to be revealed at the end but it wasn't. And the thing that threw me off was that the interviewer increasingly answered as much as s/he questioned. So, yea, you might be on to something there. Maybe is an internal dialogue, a to-and-fro between Rachel and herself. And the case in point that "that all of life can be understood as casework."
