Veda As a Massage therapist type A personalities would complain about an inability to meditate, I advised the end of Yoga exercise 'Savasana.' Although Chopra Center Larson McGinley thinks it is the hardest, I advised it because for type A's it gives the brain "something to do" & this the art of relaxing the boulevard to relaxing the kind - it worked for some, yet hard case A those found a way to resist 🙏 Namaste
