Voldemort still had his wand until the beginning of the seventh book when he exchanges it for Malfoys. His and Harrys wand had been made out of feathers of the same phoenix (mentioned in the first book when Harry buys his wand) which is why they resonated and made it possible for Harry to escape in the end of the Triwizard tournament. It also is the reason Voldemort did not want to use it anymore.
