Martha Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.

I really enjoy your books. They are richly populated with interesting characters who live complete lives. The woman (who you write,) are independent and have learned how to make their own way in the world. It isn't that they don't want to "fall in love" but they assume their opportunity has passed.

Madeline Hunter Thank you for the kind words about my books! I try to write women who are not waiting for love to complete them and give them a life. Some are resigned, but some of them find independence exciting. I appreciate that you see what I am trying to do with these characters.
