Larry David immediately came to mind for me. The way John talks reminds me of dialogue on Seinfeld &/or Curb Your Enthusiasm.
I doubt somehow Larry David would be seeing a new young therapist after he’d been around longer than she’d be alive?
Curb Your Enthusiasm does have at least one episode where Larry David sees a (male) therapist. I could see Larry talking like John but I don’t think most of the other details line up.
Has Curb Your Enthusiasm ever made you cry, as Lori said John's show did? I'm guessing It's an hour-long show with some deeper themes than a sitcom
No way Larry would see a female therapist who's younger than him.
Larry David is also the first thing from handsome...
