I'm excited to read the debut novel by E.B. Golden, Behind the Crimson Curtain, release date September 1st!
I’m amazed not to find The Blackbird Oracle or The Comfort of Ghosts in this list! Also looking forward to the newest Donna Leon, Joanne Harris, and Tracy Chevalier books.
Just going by the author's name nearly 78% of the books on the entire list are written by women. Are guys not writing books as much anymore or is Goodreads desperate to feature mostly female authors to correct a perceived past injustice?
I wish i could by some of this books after release but i can't find a place who ships worldwild and i am in brazil right now
A book about two poor women from El Salvador making it to the most anticipated books? My heart is full and excited to read this!
Your fiction list is comprised of all women writers? Why?
Surey there must be some fine male writer sas well. No?
Diversity gone amock
I just realised there's no middle grade or graphic novels. Why won't Goodreads include them? Can you recommend me some to read?
I just want to share the love I have for the bridgerton reference in the beginning of the article hehe
I wish there was a way to download a list of all the books that were mentioned. It would. Make for a quicker research on prices and so forth. Maybe even be able to share the list to my email.

Lenny Marks Gets Away with Murder looks great. Been into Aussie authors lately. Can’t go wrong with Chris Whitaker either. We Begin at the End was excellent.

I am currently reading mine, Skeleton Crew by Jordan Castillo Price, I suspect it's not going to the top in the series, but I still look forward to reading it -or rather, listening.

Any YA, sci-fi or fantasy books on that list?
I can’t wait for The Grandest Game I’ve only discovered Jennifer Barnes books this year but I couldn’t put them down , I’m so excited about her new series!

Just released in April, and some are saying it's pretty good."
List says it only includes books releasing in US from May to August so April is not included.
I am currently listening to the audiobook The Paradise Problem by Christina Lauren. It has a funny beginning.
This list has done severe damage to my available time for the rest of the summer, but has increased my time spent in my porch hammock dramatically. A fair trade off.
