I too received a call from him. I'm a Clinical Social Worker. I appreciate that someone posted about this. I've received other calls to do radio but this one seemed sketchy.
Just got a voicemail from Frank Mitchell from Close Up radio. I agree it was hard to understand that he was saying Close Up radio. The 516 number is still accurate. I will not be calling back.
Here we are in 2024 and they're still soliciting. All very flattering and engaging. It certainly was a sophisticated 'almost too good to be true' scenario and your posts and a little digging around helped take the 'almost' out of that! Thank you. Frank Mitchell and Katie Nash were my contacts. 631 876 2370/516 320 1485. Never did learn how they got my name ......So please, be careful out there ....
Lol they were calling me for over a week trying to get me, Yes and when i asked are you calling me to interview me, I've done hundreds of radio shows and interviews because I know my stuff, Im a professional psychic astrologer tarot reader, women's spirituality coach, They wanted me to pay, he straight up said this. He said well you are so successful you dont need to pay $1,500 to be on empowered women radio. Yeah, I have great clients and i love to help them through it all.
I never fall for that. Blessings to you.

Hello All, thank you for starting this blog post in the first place Kathleen. I was away from my phone when I received the voicemail from Frank Mitchell asking me for interviews on the podcast on Close Up Radio.
Wow these people have been at it for a while now! I won’t be returning the call either.
I am a Qigong Master and Lead Healer in the Special Medicine Te Yi Healing Team for Heavenly Essence Qigong. We have a global presence that is gaining momentum and people are noticing us.
Many of us are providing complimentary public events and it is just a matter of time and a little more patience before they are indeed calling us for legitimate interviews.
