Julia George Thank you once again for an informative and cheerful blog post. I was so relieved to find out that all those chorus cuties were not only lovely but virtuous young women whose charm and talents paid off with a happily ever after. As for Ella - well - I'm only on book one (having only recently "discovered" you), but I can tell from the start that she and her Duke are destined for a fascinating life of love, art, and challenges.
Beyond that - I have a question that you probably have asked as well. Why don't many people read these author blog posts? And if they do, why don't they at least take the split second required to press the Like button? That goes for Instagram too. Hmm. Curious.
Anyway - keep up the good work. I read your post about never giving up and the challenges you're facing. Author to author - I wish you the very best. Sincerely, Julia George

Thank you so much for reading and commenting! I really appreciate it! And yes, you'll definitely see plenty more from Ella and the Duke in coming books. It's not a spoiler to tell you that much of their arc is Gil proving himself worthy of Ella, unlike the usual Regency romance narrative where the girl is thrilled for whatever crumbs her aristocratic man throws her!
