Romance writing and reading brings joy to Ashlyn Brady. She is a mother of two daughters, who lives in country Western Australia with a visiting cat who’s undecided on their friendship status. She loves to sing (nervously, and outside the shower), and in 2021, she made her debut in community theatre musicals.

As a teenager, a strong interest in earth science led to a career in the outback. Now, when the work boots and high vis clothes come off, you’ll find her writing romance stories with a touch of humor. The family know her cackles and belly laughs are signs she’s having a good time with her characters.
