Diana, la mejor

Ambos los había leído solo una vez en inglés y recordaba que me habían encantado, pero poco más. Como siempre, Diana Wynne Jones no defrauda.
De los magos de Caprona me quedo con absolutamente todo, desde las bulliciosas familias (y el maravilloso juego de espejos Montana y Petrocchi), pasando por los enredos y desenredos mágicos, el ingenioso segundo plano de Romeo y Julieta (¡ay, Mateo y Rosa!, pero también Paolo y Renata) hasta el queridísimo Tonino. Eso sí, de ahora en adelante, si veo marionetas, me acordaré para siempre de este libro.
Y de Semana Bruja... pues todo también. Existen muchísimos libros que hablan de colegios, de las preocupaciones en clase, de los enredos entre compañeros más populares y menos... etc. Pero esta historia tiene un genio particular.

Conocí esta autora por el libro de "El Castillo Ambulante" y me encantó. Vi estos libros de relatos y me anime para aumentar mi colección (tengo "La casa de los mil pasillos", "El castillo ambulante" y "El castillo en el Aire").
Cada novela contiene 2 relatos. Me han gustado todos menos "Semana bruja".
Es fantasía juvenil, entretenida y con un tipo de magia muy diferente a lo que he leído hasta ahora, lo cual se agradece porque al final, en algunas ocasiones, las fórmulas se me hacen un poco repetitivas.

El mundo que contiene la magia y al Chrestomanci actual tienen una dimensión muy adulta y lúcida como narrativa, aunque perfectamente para la lectura de adolescentes y jóvenes.
