A lovely, straightforward cookbook for those of us who have a penchant for bread-machines. The brief "helpful hints" and substitution/conversion passages were the most useful sections of the book. For example, the authors provided simple tips to adjust for particularly hot, cold, dry or humid conditions. The recipes are a nice mix of basic & fancy, sweet & savory, bread & dough.

This is the 3rd book by these authors; I'm going to look for the first two. I borrowed this one from the library, and I like it so much that I might even splurge and buy a copy for the ol' homestead.
