Previously excerpted on Wattpad, this never-before published novella set in the White Rabbit Chronicles world provides readers with Kat's point of view during the events of A Mad Zombie Party.

This was really fun. I hadn't read anything from this series in a while but I remembered enough and this novella recaps the most important events that are necessary to know to understand it. I forgot how bubbly and confident Kat was. Major spoilers for books 3 and 4 in the White Rabbit Chronicles This novella is set shortly after her tragic death that happened near the end of book 3. Her now ex-boyfriend Frosty (his real name is Aston) is completely heartbroken by her death and he is acting in self-destructive ways. Frosty's death has been predicted by Ali, Kat's best friend and the main female character in this series. The only way he can be saved is if Camilla "Milla" dies for him. However Milla is the girl who betrayed the other slayers to save her brother River and this directly to Kat's death. Therefore Frosty obviously hates her. However they are forced by Kat to be in close proximity while she is in and out of the spirit world. The book is obviously a novella so even though it's set in the entirety of book 4 it time jumps a lot, which makes Frosty and Milla's relationship look like insta-love when it definitely is not. Anyway I really enjoyed this and I'm excited to reread this series soon.
Oh Kat, you sassy little girl. I love her so much, her personality is very energetic, I love her, I love how she thinks of herself. Girl's should achieve to think positive about themselves like Kat does I swear. This small short was brilliant. The website says it's on going but if its not. I wish they would have shown what was going through her mind when Milla and Frosty first got intimate when she barged in on them. What where her thoughts when Frosty snapped and she saw VISUALLY saw that he is moving on. The third part to this short says she seems sad not feeling the same emotions she did for him. The craving on wanting to jump him by just being close to her, by having his eyes on her. She doesn't feel that intimate feeling towards him. Also I wondering if she was talking about River when Milla asked her if she had her eyes on someone in heaven. Was it River? Kat did say she was having a thing for River. Aaah, Gena why make me want more. Knowing there won't be more. This world. This series is just perfect. Can it never end please?

This story is basically the same as A Mad Zombie Party, but from Kat's POV. I did enjoy her POV, and I liked learning more about Emma and the plane they exist on. I would love a spin off book or series on Kat!
A short story that has been published on Wattpad in three parts from Kat's point of view. As a Witness, this is an incredibly unique vantage point, and to learn her world where she exists now. Love the story, love how she gets to interact with Emma Bell, as they are both witnesses, and I liked her description of what it feels like to be a witness. Go Kat!
If you have not read the entire White Rabbit Chronicles, do not read this one just yet. Read all those first!! This story was decent enough. If a lot of time has passed from when you read the White Rabbit Chronicles it was interesting to read it and remember the last story. I've never been a huge fan of Kat though. I know her vanity is supposed to be funny but it's always been an over the top annoyance for the most part But if you've read all the books, you have to read this one just because! This does sort of just recap the last book in many ways. It does expand a little bit in that you see a little of how things work 'behind the scenes'. It shows the way things unfolded from the way Kat sees things and what she is able to do. There isn't too much to say about this story really. It wasn't very long and it recapped the last book in a little bit of a different way. That's about it. Though I found Kat's obsession at the end a bit strange. She needs to just stop being a boy crazy narcissist and stop waiting for the living to die so she can get her crush boy. Anyway if you read all the books, you'll probably want to read this just because you've read all the others, so go on and get it done!
I loved this chance to see 5hings from Kat's point of view. I love Kat & I'm glad she didn't just vanish. I'm also glad that her biggest wish is to see Frosty happy even though he was the love of her life. I love this series so much!
As much as I love this series, this was pretty unnecessary. It was really just a (very) quick recap of the fourth book, told through Kat's point of view. It didn't provide any new insight to the last book, and quite frankly didn't need to exist. Also, Kat used to be my favorite character but she was extremely annoying in this book.
2 stars because I still loved being back in this world, recap or not.
So amazing I loved all the books and absolutely loved them all. And when I saw this one I got so excited. I just had to read it, I love seeing the point of the book from Kats view. And I could totally feel her emotions in the book. I think everyone should read this series ❤❤❤
***Update February 7, 2017: There is a new extended version of this released. I read the shorter free version. Still undecided on buying the new one.***
I love Kat, who wouldn't? I wish we had more from her POV.
This book made me appreciate A Mad Zombie Party better. I adore Kat and her sassy self and find her point of view made me like Frosty and Milla together, especially with Kat having set her sites on River now. This book perfectly completed the series for me.

A great short novella of Kat's perspective from A Mad Zombie Party. It was nice to have a different view of what went on behind the scenes. It had all of the sass and spunk that I love about Kat.
Here’s the thing, I love Kat Parker, and I love mini novellas to book series. I think they can add something truly special to a series However, this novella did NOT live up to my expectations. While I think novellas should add to a story’s events, this is literally just a summary of the book I just finished. 80% of the dialogue was literally copied and pasted from A Mad Zombie Party. I wanted something new to the Alice in Zombieland world that Kat could give me. I wanted to read about some shenanigans she gets up to in ‘the holding zone’, but it was literally the entire last book of the series, just from Kat’s perspective. It had cool parts (like the details about the holding zone!) but ultimately it was a totally let down :(
Since this novella took place during the fourth book in the Alice in Zombieland series, I knew there would be a good deal of overlapping in the story. I'd holed there would be more insight into what was going on from Kat's prospective. The was a little more to what Kat was going through, but not enough to really keep me as interested as I would've liked. I found this novella to be kind of boring. Kat, herself, somehow didn't even seem as spunky as she had in the first three books. I was a little disappointed in that. Oh well, time to go read another book now.
This was a very short story about Kat’s point of view during the final book in the White Rabbit Chronicles. She lets the reader know why she makes the choices she does and what goes on in the holding zone. Basically we get to see how witnesses function and why they do what they do. This isn’t a necessary read for the series but it clears up some items from the last book. Like how Milla got her memory back. Read this for a quick read and so you can say you’ve read the entire series.
This was super short and super quick story. Kat is now a witness and she fighta for her friends so that thwy can win this war against the zombies. In this short story really a journal entry of how Kat feels as events unfold in book 4. She is quirky, laughable and beyond anything a total doll. This will help make sense of the scenes that happen beyond the action in book 4.
My least favorite installment of this series. I know it was a novella, but it just seemed to go too fast. I suppose if I’d read it closer to when I finished the series it would be better. But Kat is seriously treated horribly and isn’t supposed to have feelings anymore. I know Justin and Milla had redemption arcs in the books, but there was nothing to show why we should like Milla in this story.
Kat is so awesome! Love reading this book from Kat's point-of-veiw.. it.was great to see how she works though all of the changes she must go through in the Holding Zone! I will so miss this series!
I am disappointed the book was too short and glossed over some events which needed more detail. This could have been a lot longer. This book is getting cake but not being able to eat more than a tiny slice. It left me wanting more.
Its just A Mad Zombie Party from Kat's pov. It was intresting to see some scene from her Pov And too see her and Emma work behind the scenes. But yeah not my fav only really read it because it was already on my kindle. So yeah
Nothing particularly story changing. Thou it’s nice to see things from Kats point of view . I wish that point of view was more fleshed out . It feels more like a summary of what we already know rather than its own standalone novella
