This is a great book, especially if you are a huge Star Wars fan. It references to each character and their traits, from The Clone Wars series.
I loved the illustrations and definitions for each character, they were in depth and interesting.
Definitely a hit for households that love Star Wars; The Clone Wars, or are sci-fi fans. Unfortunately if you are not a fan, you won't appreciate the details and may find the book boring.
This was not the case for me! I loved it, and will pass it along to another fan!

All right, I confess. I am a full blown star wars geek... true story (probably not surprising, but oh well). Of course I absolutely loved this book! It had amazing detail, great illustrations and it was superbly organized. "May the force be with us all."

If you are a fan of the series and are a Star Wars nut like myself this is a must buy. Just about every character from the series has there own page. They have a little blurb about the episode and their part. And that's about it. They only talk about 2 or 3 things each when it comes to their wardrobe/weapons/equipment. I was hoping for more info on each If you are looking for an in depth look into the characters from the series you might want to wait for another edition of this or the huge Star Wars Encyclopedia.

Got this book for Christmas and was happy to read it after watching the Star Wars Clone Wars, 6 season, tv show (Soon to be 7 seasons in 2019!). This book has over 200 Clone Wars characters explained and tells a little about them; Jedi, Sith, droids, bounty hunters, and even minor citizens. If you wish to read this book and learn more detailed information about the characters, I would recommend finishing the Star Wars Clone Wars tv show first because there are minor SPOILERS within the book about the characters (such as deaths and traitors). I was very happy with the art and the new information I learned while looking through this book. I recommend it! :D

Star wars the clone wars is a series about the clone wars. This Encyclopedia will tell you the detail of each of the characters including some of the character that was not important. Reading this will give you small details such as how the Jedis were wearing clone trooper armor and why some clones have special markings on them. This is really interesting for a star wars fan like me. Reading this will give you insight into each character with their specific details. Some of the facts will even surprise you and might change the perspective you look at the character.

Like many characters in Star Wars, we can all find remembering the Clone Troopers and telling them apart. This books seeks to help in that area. While I still couldn't pass a test on who is who, I think this book really helped. There are some great characters from the Clone Wars and this book covers them all. These DK books are great reference books to keep on the shelf. I borrowed this from the library and now I feel like I need to own it, as well as the others!

Jason Fry's Star Wars The Clone Wars Character Encyclopedia is an excellent encylopedia for star wars clone wars lovers. It has all the characters in the star wars series but not the real one, the kiddie one. But it doesn't have EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER!!!

I picked up this book because I'm a Star wars fan.

I finished this book because I can't let go of the book. It was awesome, but not as good as the other one.

I think I would recommend this to Thibishan because he likes Star wars (well maybe not this one because it's childish).

A go to guide to all of the characters that were a part of The Clone Wars series. Each page is one character. It has a huge picture of said character where lines point out info about its' make up or wardrobe.

The have a box with vital information including home planet and who they are affiliated with. That part made it fun to flip around through the book and check out their friends.

Lastly they have two narrative sections where they tell more about the characters personality and show a scene from the story and tell you what was going on in it.

I am halfway through this book. It is really descriptive. But I think it could use some updating like the character information which was outdated from the new tv series. Other than that is was really great. I like encyclopedias because you can use them for quick reference and the photos are great.

Just about any DK book is going to look good, and this is no exception. It is well put together and has excellent graphics and graphic design. As much as a sucker as I am for this type of book (series guides, etc.) this entries were too brief for my taste.

From my son, he loves this book so told him I'd read it tonight.
Didn't know what to file this under so I settled for young adult? Doesn't really fit the graphic novel/comic book thing. Informative encyclopedia, covers everything, well-layed out, bright visuals and good summaries of the characters.
