This is the most perfect cookbook I've ever read. Some part of me kind of wants to try to make every recipe in here. I want to be Edna Lewis when I grow up. Simple, beautiful recipes

The Southern Cook
This is a wonderful book acknowledging Ms. Lewis's love of southern cooking. If you are a chef or a home cook there is much to be learned from this book
