Наближават светли празници. Но ние вече празнуваме завръщането на едно малко мракобесие! От изд. „Кибеа“ ни зарадваха с една „Разтърсваща изненада“ – новата (и вече пета поред) книга за чаровното момиченце-зомби Мортина. Новият том от тази така мила на сърцето ни поредица долита у нас по-бързо от която и да била вещерска метла, броени дни след световната си премиера. Eihän näistä Mortina-kirjoista vaan voi olla tykkäämättä! Olen pitänyt kaikista aiemmista ja niin pidin tästä uusimmastakin. Tässä nimenomaisessa kirjassa oli sellaista ihanaa jälleennäkemisen riemua ja vähän kaihoakin - en paljasta enempää, kirjan lukemalla selviää loput. Ihania ja kauniisti kuvitettuja lastenkirjoja, joiden parissa aikuinenkin viihtyy.

A lui piacciono molto le avventure di Mortina e anche queste lo hanno intrattenuto e divertito!

In questa particolare avventura Mortina, nel giorno di halloween, insieme ai suoi amici sta giocando quando in soffitta trova una scatola con l'ultima cartolina che ritrae i suoi genitori ormai scomparsi da tempo e di cui non si sa cosa gli sia capitato.

Decide allora di provare a scoprire la verità e partendo proprio da questa cartolina va insieme agli amici al porto. Lì visiteranno il museo navale e capiranno quale nave i genitori di Mortina hanno preso il loro ultimo viaggio.

Bella l'idea di intervallare la scrittura in stampatello a quella corsiva, cosi da impegnare maggiormente i bambini e permettergli di imparare divertendosi!

Oletko aina ihmetellyt, missä Mortinan vanhemmat ovat? No, nyt siihen tulee selitys. Aivan ihastuttava kuvitus ja vaikka itse toki tiesin, mitä tapahtui eräälle laivalle vuonna 1912, lapsilukijalle tämä on uutta tietoa. Aivan kuten sekin, että kaikki Mortinan perheessä kuolevat muuttuvat aina zombeiksi!
Aika surullista, kun miettii, että Mortinakin on kuollut, vaikka hänen olemassaolonsa jatkuukin zombina. Syytä hänen kuolemalleen ei kerrota, mutta ehkä kyseessä on jokin epidemia, kuten espanjantauti, joka sopisi hyvin ajallisesti. Kirjan tapahtuma-aikaa ei kerrota, mutta kuvituksen perusteella ei olla aivan nykyajassa vielä. Varovainen veikkaukseni on 1940-luku, toisen maailmansodan jälkeen, sen verran voimakkaasti kaupungin talojen savupiiput tupruttavat.

With aspects reminiscent of The Addams Family, this adventure draws in with a fun sense of creepy and friendship, which looks beyond the surface.
Ghoulia is excited about the upcoming Halloween parade, since it's the one time each year that she and her family can join the rest of the residents of the town and not be spotted as monsters. While getting ready for the big day, she stumbles across a memory box. Inside, there are photos and letters from her parents, who had disappeared years ago. One postcard has a photo of the ship they were last seen on, and Ghoulia realizes that she might be able to find them with this new clue. With her two human friends, she heads to the museum to see which ship it was and is very surprised to discover that it was the Titanic. Ghoulia is sure that her now zombie parents are lost on the bottom of the ocean and has to think of a way to find them and bring them home.
Ghoulia is a zombie to want to be friends with, but then, her entire family is kind, quirky, and eventful. There's never a dull moment, and they help each other out where they can. Her two friends are also golden and offer a little solid grounding in her otherwise crazy world. It's easy to sympathize with her as she misses her parents and readers will hope she finds a way to find them, too. While this emotional end makes everyone likeable, it's the oddities which really make every moment shine. From strange aunts and uncles to visiting dogs and bats with special talents, it's impossible to guess what everyone is up to, and each moment delights.
The pages are covered with detailed and bright illustrations, giving something to discover with every glance. There are even little phrases scribbled on the illustrations to point out certain items, which are curious and put a smile on the face. The text is clearly printed either around the illustrations or in them. These are just right for those readers, who are sure of their words but need extra practice before diving into longer tales. It does make a nice read-aloud, but this is the type of book, which will have readers eager to get to the point that they can pick it up on their own. At the end of the book, there are directions on how reader scan create their own memory boxes, which adds a nice touch.
Each scene offers positive moments, and even when the monsterly aspects come out, it is always mixed with humor and fun. It will be fun to see what other adventures lie in store for this bunch.

Дойде време да си поговорим и за последната книжка от поредицата за момичето зомби Мортина, а именнно "разтърсваща изненада". То е ясно, че всички подобни книжки имат някаква поука или засягат сериозна тема, но тази пета поредна част успя да ме докосне(да, да, знам, че звучи клиширано, такова е), в нея Мортина си задава въпроса "кои все пак са родителите ми?" и започва да ги търси с помощта на своите верни приятели и досадния братовчед(досаден, но помога).
Така в издирването на родителите се включват всички, полагат огромни усилия да разберат истирната, дори правят неща, които не са много правилни. Проникват без разрешение в музей и църква, за да търсят материли, които може да им помогнат с разплитането на мистерията около родителите й. В крайна сметка, основен помощник се оказва призрачното куче, което изобретява сонар, който потапят във водата и така стигат до родителите на Мортина.
Бих казал, че тази история бе трогателна. В нея авторката ни сблъсква с едно дете, което е готово на всичко за да разбере кои са родилите му и къде са изчезнали. В крайна сметка родителите й се връщат точно на Хелоуин. Започват да текат трескави приготвления за празника и така всички заедно излизат на центъра на градчето. Познайте кой е голямата атракция.
Тук графичното оформление е по-различно, има две съседни странички, които се разгръщат като вратички на гардероб и на задните им страни има други странички(надали ме разбрахте), това прави историята малко по-интересна и бих казал интерактивна за малките читатели. В края има един кратък текст, който ме порази и мисля да го споделя с вас:
"Понякога големите мечти са способни да прелеят отвъд времето и пространството", мъдро, нали?
Петата книжка и съответно поредицата свършва не с този красив текст а с илюстрация на цялото призрачно семейство, което е много приятен бонус.
Желая ви приятно четене в случай, че решите да се потопите в причудливия свят на Мортина и приятелите й!

"J'adore cette petite série et je peux vous dire qu'il m'a fallu beaucoup de volonté pour résister à l'appel du tome 5 jusqu'à Halloween. Alors pour me récompenser de ma patience, j'ai également lu le 6."
Dites-nous en un peu plus sur son histoire...
"Mortina retrouve une vieille carte postale envoyée par ses parents, juste avant de disparaître, alors qu'ils embarquaient pour un long voyage. Elle décide alors qu'il est temps d'enquêter sur ce qui a pu leur arriver..."
Mais que s'est-il exactement passé entre vous ?
"Non seulement c'est toujours aussi chou mais je trouve en plus que l'autrice arrive à se renouveler. Ici, on sort de la sinistre maison de Mortina et les teintes changent complètement, les illustrations s'adaptent à l'environnement et s'égaient, un pur plaisir. Du côté de l'intrigue, c'est amusant et émouvant à la fois, tout en s'appuyant sur des faits historiques. Vous l'avez compris, je me suis à nouveau régalée. Dans le tome 6, on frôle même l'ambiance de Noël, si cela est possible dans une famille de zombies ! Je trouve décidément que les histoires se sont vraiment étoffées depuis le tout premier tome, pour mon plus grand plaisir. Je pense que l'autrice a fini par trouver l'équilibre parfait, avec ses illustrations que j'adore et toujours bourrées de petits détails amusants."
Et comment cela s'est-il fini ?
"Il s'agit des derniers tomes parus et je ne sais pas du tout si d'autres sont prévus mais vraiment, je l'espère, parce que je suis loin de m'en être lassée. En attendant, il me reste toujours à découvrir Puffy et Brunilde, l'autre série de Barbara Cantini."

Comme vous le savez sans doute, j'aime beaucoup cette série d'albums jeunesse où on suit les aventures de la petite zombie Mortina.
C'est bientôt Halloween et Mortina veut décorer le manoir de sa tante Trépassée et trouver des déguisement, donc direction le grenier avec ses amis (vivants) pour trouver tout ça (La fête d'Halloween est le seul jour où elle peut sortir sans risquer d'effrayer les gens pour de vrai). Là-haut elle met la main sur une boîte à souvenir contenant des photos très anciennes de ses parents disparu il y a fort fort longtemps. Mortina, ses amis Sarah et Bruno, son cousin insupportable, Dilbert, et le chien génial Mouron partent en quête d'indices et de réponses sur la disparition de ses parents.
J'adore toutes les petites (et grandes) illustrations plus ou moins cachées, fournies, les petits textes drôles,... et dans ce tome il y a même une double page dépliante. L'histoire est rigolote et émouvante, et on retrouve même un portrait d'Edgar Poe dedans !

I first came across Ghoulia through Goodreads. I read the first book last year, in the spring, when I was feeling poorly. Even though it wasn't spooky season, I fell in love with Ghoulia, and her creepy but cute little world.
These books are really beautiful. The illustrations really dominate the pages, with the text fitting below or around them. They are also very detailed. Younger readers will have lots to pore over, trying to find everything that is there - for instance, I'm sure I saw a picture of Edgar Allan Poe on one page.
This book sees Ghoulia focus on something which is very personal to her. As always, she has her friends by her side, along with the other inhabitants of Crumbling Manor.
I love Ghoulia, as I am sure other little slightly morbid youngsters will. Very happy to see that she will be making a return, too.

Wel leuk maar erg simplistisch, ik kan gewoon niet geloven dat NIEMAND in die familie DAT heeft geprobeerd. Kom op, het is zo lang geleden. Ik vond het erg apart. Maar leuke illustraties, en leuk dat Mortina zulke goede vrienden heeft die haar zo graag helpen, en dat einde was zoet. Leuke illustraties.

Варто було прочитати хоча б заради картинки з картоплею, яка має вічка, але не читає )

Le monde de Mortina est étrange et tout en douceur. Malgré le fait qu'elle soit une petite zombie, elle est très émotive. Cette fois, elle part à la recherche de ses parents. À mettre entre les mains des petits lecteurs de 7 à 9 ans absolument.

Considerando que a protagonista é uma zumbi, e que não gosto de zumbis, gostei deste livrinho, em especial da persistência da garota em reencontrar sua família, e das provas de amizade que ela recebeu. Divertido e diferente, uma boa leitura.

se tornou meu favorito da coleção! achei uma delicinha de ler, as ilustrações são sempre lindas <3 e nesse volume achei a história mais interessante dos 5, queria muito uma animação de mortina!
