Ever caught yourself screaming, "I could just kill that teacher"? What would it take to justify such antisocial behavior and weeks of detention? Especially if he's the best teacher you've ever had? Giving you an "F" on a quiz? Mispronouncing your name during roll call...again? How about blowing up the moon and threatening to do the same to Mother Earth—unless you take him out first?! Plus a reward of a cool 100 million from the Ministry of Defense! Okay, now that you're committed... How are you going to pull this off? What does your pathetic class of misfits have in their arsenal to combat Teach's alien technology, bizarre powers and...tentacles?!
The 3-E students discover that Koro Sensei's greatest weakness might be a common substance. Will they be able to use it to assassinate him while he helps Meg, formerly of the varsity swim team, with her greatest weakness? The next assassination attempt, implemented by Terasaka, is more elaborate but endangers his fellow students. Can he save them without saving his target? Then, the top class at school, including Principal Asano's son, conspires to prevent 3-E from ever rising closer to the top!
Yūsei Matsui (松井優征 Matsui Yūsei?, born January 31, 1981 in Saitama, Japan) is a manga artist known for manga Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro. He was an assistant of Yoshio Sawai, the manga artist of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo (Shirota Masakage made a cameo appearance in Shinsetsu Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo).
A little bit slower volume, preparing for exams, with a special incentive for the Assassination Classroom: If you are the best in the class in a certain area, you get to cut off some of Koro-Sensei's tentacles! . . . which would not kill him, but, you know. In this volume we discover his greatest weakness, water! So there's pressure to throw him in the water, weaken him and THEN kill him because, you know, he is planning on destroying the world, so duh, you haveta to do that, but then on the other hand, students increasingly like him, as he gives them incentives to do well on the exams.. . . wacky premise. And you know as long as there are volumes ahead that neither kill him nor does the world end. . .
But you know, it's a pretty sweet coming-of-age manga in spite of the crazy basic story. Friendship issues are addressed, with positive messages. You get to know the characters. Karma is a fave.
In this watery entry, as the Class E-3 students discover a weakness to Koro-sensei, he helps one of his students who’s under the manipulation of a self centered girl. Meanwhile, fellow student Terasaka, who has a spiteful personality towards his class and Koro especially, gets caught up with a familiar face and almost puts them all in danger. After that, final exam season has arrived and Principal Asano, his equally corrupt son and some Class A stooges attempt to prevent our class from succeeding well, but Koro-sensei will definitely test them like natural assassins. A (100%/Outstanding)
Akhirnya aku menemukan Volume 6 ini di lapak obralan. Karena dulu nggak langsung baca, entah mengapa malah kelewat membeli volume 6 ini dan nyarinya pun susah.
Awal kemunculan para siswa kelas A. Kelas lengket pun lucu.
Last volume we learned of a possible weakness of Koro Sensei. This volume starts off with Class E's attempts to exploit that weakness. Since there are quite a few volumes of this series still to go, the outcome of the attempts shouldn't surprise anyone. And then exams are coming up, and it's time to see how well Class E is doing compared to the rest of the school. We don't actually find out in this volume, but Koro Sensei seems optimistic, and everyone is definitely feeling a certain degree of confidence. As always, Matsui does an impressive job of making all this absurdity seem perfectly natural and logical. I'm amazed at how much I care about this series.
I love this idea of playing to your strengths. Koro sensei brings out the best in everyone and I envy the Class E students that they have such a great mentor like him. ✊️👍😁
Duh, sebel banget ngga bawa lanjutan manga ini sementara endingnya bikin hang over.
Ujuan akhir semester satu segera tiba.
Aaaarrggghhh.... Jam pulangnya masih lamaaaaaa..... ☺️☺️☺️
I enjoyed this one with everything going on. Koro Sensei's brother is back and trying to take him out, but the students might just be in danger. I like watching the students grow and working together to improve in school but also trying to assassinate him.
I really don't like this principal at all and hate how he just really is trying to ruin these students and doesn't want the best for them. Which makes me love that about Koro is how caring he is for his students and wants them to succeed in life and school.
We get an introduction to Principal Asano's son who is not only trying to be the best but also find out what his dad is hiding about class 3-E. So curious to see this kids determination against his dad while finding out the truth.
Given we're already at the mercy of people bent on destroying the world, one can but wish they were as wholesome in the interim as hypersonic octopoid Koro Sensei. Yes, he may occasionally demonstrate the sort of pervy tendencies which would be right at home in the upper echelons of government, particularly given the obligatory swimsuit episode comes in this volume – but he also finds time to teach his class things like the difference between being helpful and being a pushover, and how it's not a good idea to base your whole identity around angry alienation, tendencies our rulers would never ameliorate when they could take advantage of them.
And his little brother returned! I hate these bullies who have to bring everyone else down with them to make themselves feel better! And the slurs towards Hara because she's a bigger person are so degrading! But the way she stands up to him is worth it! I hate how Principal Asano is such a dick, and that his son is also such a dick. All of the unfairness is through the roof! I hate no idea how Class E is actually hopeful! Even without a looming assassination of my teacher, I'd hate being Class E!
Water, water everywhere...and is it really deadly? We find another weakness, but whose is it really? The students fight just as hard as korosensei to get through this little conflict. Finally, we make it to their final exams. With the deck stacked against them, will they get an advantage over their teacher or are the elite students still putting them in their place?
