Ce-mi place la cărțile Amandei Quick sunt in primul rând personajele.
Sunt atipice vremurilor, nonconformiste și originale, inteligente și cu bun simț.
Autoarea ne dovedește că se pot scrie povesti de dragoste simpatice și fără ca protagonista să se umilească pagină după pagină ori dânsul să-și urle prostia până te scoate din pepeni.
Și dinamica dintre protagoniști este așa cum trebuie, în ciuda timpurilor in care noțiunea de iubire avea clar un alt înțeles, aceștia nu-și declară dragoste nemuritoare de la primele zâmbete umezitoare.
