I have had this book for years and only just got around to finishing it really good for young girls enjoyable read.

This is the second Lily book and it's even more magical than the first! Lily and her sister Georgie leave the safety of the theatre and there new friends to continue the search for their imprisoned Father. But instead it's not long before they find themselves in need of rescue themselves from a school that pulls the magic out of children like them!

This book went at a nice pace with some great new characters. My favourite where the creepy doll like Dysart twins, I really hope we get to see more of them.
But best of all there where some great references back to the Rose books and I can’t wait to read the next one as it looks like Rose herself will be in it!

The second book in the Lily series. Lily & Georgie's Aunt discovers them at the Theater, and insists that they go to live with her and her family in spite of her hatred of magic. The girls are betrayed by the nasty twin magicians who live next door. Next, they are sent to Fell Hall where young magicians are treated like delinquents, and their magic is suppressed. Lily wakes up the dragons of Fell Hall who help all the children escape.
