If you think natural food is all pumpkin seeds and molasses, this cookbook from The New York Times will come as a delicious surprise.
Here are over 700 recipes—ranging from appetizers, to desserts, to food for the baby—selected for their good taste as food (not fad)... for the ecologically concerned... and for those who want to eliminate highly refined, super-processed, additive-filled foods from their diet.
Cookbook. This should be reprinted. It is best all around natural foods cookbook, or at least was for years. Very popular. Our copy is falling apart and would like it replaced.
I got my first copy of this great cookbook in 1972, not long after it was published. I used it so much that I finally had to throw it away and buy a replacement. Filled with really wonderful, but not overly complicated, recipes. The oatmeal bread is the best ever!
