Baru mengerti kenapa selama ini aku tidak pernah cocok minum /makan yang mengandung susu, karena sistem metabolisme orang bergolongan darah O tidak cocok dengan jenis makanan ini.

I've heard of the "blood type diet" for years, but never really explored it. A chance meeting in Jakarta recently convinced me it's something I have to look into, which is why I picked up this book. It's amazing the overlap with my food intolerances and the "avoid" foods as listed in this book - quite uncanny actually (scarily so) and has convinced me to give it a go. For my blood type this means reincorporating some meat - something I am not particularly comfortable with. Will give it a go and will read the more complete works on this approach by Dr d'Adamo.
Read this book many years ago when it was first published. After many years of learning and eating different ways (anything, paleo, low carb, vegan) I find myself back here. I am at my most optimal health when I follow the diet and exercise guidelines. I gave it only 4 stars because I have only read the Type O book. I plan to read the entire book which contains recommendations for the other blood types.
Nice pocket-sized book, with highlights of larger book, and lists of foods according to category (veggies, drinks, spices, etc), sorted by “highly beneficial”, “neutral”, and “avoid”. Some I agree or disagree with, just through experience, but overall a good quick reference with short explanations.
A slim book, but it does confirm my thoughts on how some food items don’t suit me.. I liked that it was easy to understand, although I’m not truly sure if I’d personally apply the herbal segment to my daily routine. All others, probably more doable.
A friend recommended this book and I ate it up. I like this because in certain cases the foods he mentioned my blood type has problems with—I actually have problems with. Highly recommend.
Amazing! Took only an hour to finish it’s very interesting, certain foods I should stay away from or either my favorite or food that I’m allergic to which I thought was hilarious. And foods that I’m supposed to eat are foods that I hate.
I am glad I found this. A doctor explained eating by blood type. This is a game changer in my overall health and wellness. I will gradually make changes to to my nutrition plan and adding those foods in the beneficial list.
This is a ridiculous book, it was a waste of my time reading it and a waste of my money buying it. On the recommendation of a friend, I actually thought it might help my health, but it is nothing more than a manifesto for the author's own warped beliefs.
Interesting information, but I'm not sure it's still timely. If you don't know what helps or heals your body, this might give you a starting point to better eating.
Bit too extreme for me. Should have bought the first book with all the science explained in detail. No way I can become a meat-eating caveman to follow the guidelines of this book!
Disappointed with the length of this book when thinking about the price. Good information but left me wanting more. The food list was a good reference for starters.
This is a nice, small volume that serves as a practical reference for the car or while making the grocery list. My only objection to it is that it is inconsistent. For instance, in Eat Right 4 Your Type, pinto beans are listed as beneficial to Type O. In the Type O Supplement, they are on the avoid list. Not all inconsistencies are this stark, but I find it's confusing when I have committed to eat or not eat something, to find that it is neutral. It wouldn't be a big deal except that there are a lot of differences. I wish they would come up with an update.
الكتاب رائع يتكلم في مقدمته عن منشأ فصيلة الدم O و كيف تطورت ... ثم يتطرق لنقاط الضعف و القوة في اجسام اصحاب هذه الفصيلة و نوعية الأطعمة المساعدة على تحفيز جهاز المناعة و تخفيف الوزن وتأثيرها على المزاج ثم يبدأ بتفصيل كل مجموعة غذائية؛اهميتها لاصحاب فصيلة الدم او و كمية الحصص و عددها و يذكر سبب اهمية المجموعة الغذائية او المضاعفات المترتبة على الاكثار منها ان كانت غير مفيدة للجسم في نهاية الكتاب خصص الكاتب قرابة ٥صفحات يذكر فيها اهم الامراض التي قد تصيب اصحاب فصيلة الد او و اهم الاعشاب المساعدة على الوقاية او تخفيف المرض؛مثل الصداع و الكحة و الحمى و مشاكل الجهاز الهضمي كالقولون و الامساك و زيادة حموضة المعدة : : الكتب متوفر لفصائل الدم الاربع ...اشتريته من مكتبة جرير...و استفدت منه كثيرا
فكرة ان تكون لدى كل فصيلة من فصائل الدم نمط معين من التفاعل من انواع الغذاء المختلفة كان جديد على معلوماتي. لم أعرف هذا الشيء من قبل..لهذا لا اعرف هل الكتاب يقوم على اسس علمية او لا؟ المؤلف دكتور متخصص بالعلاج الطبيعي..لكن لان الكتاب مختصر لم يكن هناك إسهاب في التفسير العلمي إلا بشكل بسيط.
This book was given to me by my father. The author of this book suggests a specific diet for each blood type. Supposedly there are foods that are highly beneficial, neutral, or should be avoided at all costs for each blood type. Basically I realized that our family has been eating everything that is bad for our individual blood type. It was an interesting read.
Ce que toi, du groupe O va apprendre c'est que tu ne peux être végétarien. Tu dois manger de la viande que de la viande même les légumes et les noix sont secondaires... Aucune recettes dans ce livre. Que des suggestions d'aliments.
