I like this cookbook because it modifies recipes that would normally contain a lot of salt. I know that sounds like a no brainier but several of the low-salt books have recipes that would naturally be low in salt. I find this very annoying.

The best book I have for recipes safe for someone with CHF. My father in law also has diabetes and it makes his diet complicated. This recipe book has it all, including nutrition facts.

A wonderful cookbook for anyone who must switch to a low-sodium diet. (There is a recipe for a yummy eggplant and polenta casserole that rivals anything I’ve eaten in an Italian restaurant!)

Another book I got while working as a pharmacist at Evans Pharmacy in Odessa, Texas. I still haven't tried the recipes, but the book seems great!

at least there are beef recipes in this book!
They could have left out the fish & poultry chapters.
I'd need a blender for a few of them.

Great for not just the recipes that taste good without adding a lot of sodium, but general concepts and even what cooking techniques are healthier.
