I don’t think I like Andy Ricker but I definitely know Andy Ricker likes Thailand.

Recipes looked yummy, but far too many exotic ingredients. And most recipes required you to make other recipes to make them. Would be ok if you were committed to making this type of food full time, but otherwise can't justify the trouble and expense.

Great looking recipes, too complicated to cook with kids.

Interesting anecdotes, but the formatting and recipes and descriptions felt a bit repetitive. And the components being compiled at the end made everything feel really complicated.

A very good noodle book composed of Thai noodle dishes. Lots of variety, not westernized. The section on sauces and oils is worth the read.
