I borrowed this book from the library and I'm happy I did, i would not want to waste my money on this book when you can get more info free online, or from much better books.
If you're new to keto and are looking for a book that explains the diet, this is not recommended. The author does not go into detail about the diet. She gives you a few recipes and a "blueprint" to come up with your
Overall I was not impressed, it feels like the author is just lazy, doesn't really know keto, and just jumped on the bandwagon to make a few dollars.

This keto cookbook has just the right amount of basic starter recipes balanced with some really tasty advanced recipes. All of the recipes I tried were easy and enjoyed by the whole family. The first recipe I did was the Indo Curry. Almost too spicy for the three year old, but he ate up a small bowl. We served it with steamed broccoli, kind of like a stew. The next one we tried was the Beef Stroganoff Stew. YUM! It made enough for both my husband and I to have leftovers the next day. Next on the list is the Thai Red Curry Chicken and the Thai Coconut Soup (one of my favorite Thai foods.)

I have found the recipes in here are not run of the mill or what you can find anywhere else. They're easy, they're tasty, and they add some fun to the weekly menu. Exactly my kind of cookbook.

I have been eating a low carb diet for a while. I was looking for some fresh ideas to add to the rotation. There were a couple of good recipes in this book and I also picked up a nice tip on an easier way to separate my iceberg lettuce.

There aren’t many recipes here and many of the ones here recommend playing with spices or ingredients yourself. But the recipes here are simple straightforward and look and sound like something you want to eat right now.

I was interested in this book because I have been following a Keto lifestyle since June 2019 and lost weight. I am becoming bored with my lunches and wanted to try something new. Although these meals look delicious they are more complicated than a typical lunch would be therefore are better suited for dinner unless you are preparing them ahead of time to eat.

Not keto and the arithmetic on the calorie counts didn't add up properly.

Still nervous about keto, but the recipes are appetizing, and modern, using ingredients you can find.

Good for inspiration, but nothing new to add to my list of keto approved meals. Might be good for a novice or someone just getting started.

Meh. I didn’t really learn anything new. I think Pinterest is a better resource for keto recipes. I’m glad this was a random library find and didn’t purchase the book.

Good for beginners, but too simple if you've been following the Keto lifestyle for a while.

Wish there were more vegan or even vegetarian options for recipes. Want to try the Almond Pistachio Squares and the Fatty Chai Latte.
