WOO! More pony! After singles hit the $7 dollar mark here in Canada, I made the controversial decision to ragequit monthlies and trade wait, so it's been a long time since I got to read MLP in graphic novel form. This particular volume tackles a story about Discord turning into Accord, a brief interlude about Celestia taking a day off, and another long form story about a pony deleting history. My favourite was the trope-y Celestia's day off because it had my favourite art and I love seeing more of Celestia. The Accord story was fun, but the whole "everyone doesn't accept Discord as he is" is getting a bit old. The last story about deleting history was really intriguing and I look forward to seeing how that plays out in the TV show, though the narrative was a bit clunky. Overall, this was a fun collection that's great for kids!

Good old adventure + villain stories, especially the book thief! FiM comics can sometimes get a little overstuffed with recurring background characters, but I think it worked fine overall in these arcs.
