A huge variety of recipes for two. I have dozens marked. Have already made a couple and was happy with how they turned out. I always have trouble downsizing recipes. Something about the smaller size seems to also alter cooking times, etc. and I just get it goofed up, so I love this. Also, it even includes some small slow cooker recipes, which is nice. My copy is the large print edition, which I didn't realize when I ordered it. I think for those with low vision, this edition will be great. Large easy to read print and photos of recipes on each page.
I loved this cookbook. I am single and hate to cook but also love to cook. Main reason I hate to cook is the cleaning up part plus having a lot of food leftover and I am not real big on leftovers. This cookbook had recipes for two and I tried several eating one meal for dinner and the other for lunch the next day. They are tasty and not complicated recipes.
Will definitely be recommending this cookbook to others.
One of the best recipe books there is. Quick, easy and small portions. Great recipes and quick to fix . Most ingredients are already at hand for a wonderful new meal. A must have book for a good cook!
Enjoyed all the pictures with the recipes and that these were smaller portions to make a meal just for 2 people, or one and save the other half for leftovers. Liked the addition of calorie counts at the end of each recipe.
As usual, out of over 200 recipes, this book has less than a dozen that appeal to our extremely picky taste. Still, I plan to try as many as might fit into our diabetic diet. One recipe contains a whopping 177 carbs, and it's not even a dessert.
Great cookbook! Large Print version incredibly easy to read and fantastic accompanying photographs. At least one recipe I'd like to try. Perfect for smaller households!
I don’t normally “read” cookbooks, but I enjoyed going through this page by page and making a list of potential things to make. Recommend for small households.
