Lean in 15: The Shape Plan

Rate this book

In his first book, Lean in 15, Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, revealed how to achieve great fat-burn, shifting body fat and significantly increasing fitness levels. In Lean in 15: The Shape Plan it's all about shaping the body by combining Joe's signature fifteen minute recipes with short bursts of intensive cardio and resistance training.

Taking your fitness to the next level, this shaping cycle introduces Joe's own Volume Resistance HIIT workouts. Still maintaining his ethos of not spending hours in the gym, this session will see you achieving great muscle-shaping effects, increasing your metabolic rate and seeing your body burn even more calories, both during the workout and for hours afterwards. To complement the training, Joe shares a hundred mouth-watering new recipes that will ensure you gain lean mass whilst simultaneously burning fat.

Fully illustrated with over sixty recipe images and an easy-to-follow plan that puts you firmly in control, Lean in 15: The Shape Plan introduces a new way of eating and exercising, taking you one step further towards building a fit, strong and lean body for life.

Loving these two books! Cooking out of these, and doing Cathe.com streaming, and back to the weight I was 18 months ago in under a month.

This is an absolutely wonderful recipe book! My Mom and I have lost a lot of weight just simply by changing our usual meals for meals from here. I'd definitely recommend this for sure. Healthy food that tastes absolutely great, with actual results shown in the book!

Joe Wicks is a complete fake. He doesn't care about anyones fitness or health, all he cares about is the amount in his bank account.

There's next to NOTHING healthy about any of his recipes. Just look at all the fat, eggs and meat, it's not healthy at all. Read more here http://veggieathletic.com/joe-wicks/

5 Lean in 15 Stars

When I started healthy and clean eating to help my weight loss, I ordered Joe Wick's lean in 15 from the library I work in. There's always a big waiting list for them but I wasn't waiting too long. These two books have amazing recipes in them. Healthy but not boring.

I looked through these books in the space of a month and I was pleasantly surprised. Sometimes healthy cookbooks can be boring and make you want to give up on being healthy.

The Lean in 15 books not only look great but have some brill recipes in them and the work out section at the back in very helpful.

I loved browsing through both books and got some great ideas for healthy dinners and some healthy deserts as well.

lovely cookbook! easy, quick, and healthy high-protein, high-fat recipes, with lots of testimonials about his clients losing a shit ton of weight and reversing their illnesses. Will recommend this to my patients as it has some easy at-home workouts to follow along.

I am just looking for some easy meal prep recipes to pack for work and this just about does the job!

Not bad. It has some good recipes. I would like a bit more of variety on the workout. It has very basic things.

I reread the first book before starting this and I’ve come to appreciate it more. Good recipes, good interval training plans, and a chatty writing style with attractive photos.

I've bought both of Joe's books so that I could mix and match the recipes. There is a fabulous selection of recipes ranging from quick makes to more complex meals. The information at the front of the book is incredibly interesting, and the work out (HIIT) section at the back in very helpful. The Lean in 15 Heroes section has inspired me to sign up for the 90 Day SSS Plan.
