My braincells thought that now. 2 am. Would be a really good time to remind me I have read a gratuitous amount of the Stilton storybooks. Because my cousin was all gaga about it and bought a stack of them. Stilton was the absolute craze in our school then. I personally don't possess a liking for such writing styles or plots or characters. Not the biggest fan.
And courtesy of my train of thoughts, I find myself here. Just marking them as read.

it's about a lion cub that has been stolen. he fell into a hole that was covered with grass which was a trap. thea sisters fell into the same trap. they figure out that fat hilly kidnapped the lion cub. he's famous for lion cubs born in 4s and 3s and he was born by himself.

My daughter and I love the Thea Stilton series. The books take her around the world and get her thinking with each mystery.

We are off to Africa on safari with the Journey to the Lion's Den. Our five heroines use their brains to solve the disappearance of a lion cub while making new friends and working together as a team.

Great for younger grade levels.

the thea sisters are on a safari in africa and a lion just got a born baby but when they come back the baby cyb was in a ditch and the thea sisters brought it back to a pet rescue and there was this guy who was really instrested and then the next day all these special painting an the baby cub dissapesred and it turned out that a guy stole it and also took the paintings.

Spare me but if you’ve seen Animal Planet too many times, then this feels like a less enjoyable story to read.

Plus, there wasn’t much climax to begin with. It’s a bit rushed to finish off the bad guys. And I know only little about them except the other.

The lions den is a cute story. There is a lion cub and someone is trying to capture it and sell it to get a lot of money

If there was a mystery from this series that calls to mind the Meh GIF from Drag Race Season 11, it would be The Journey to the Lion's Den. The book had its cute moments, but how the case was constructed was poor. There was also a picture clue that wasn't emphasized by the editors. This doesn't usually happen. It's a detail that's important in tying aspects of the book together that some kids will miss if they aren't paying close attention.

The best book in the world Thea Stilton and the journey to the lion's den

The book had a lot plot and characteristics and that is what I really like in a book. I also liked how they would show what the Thea sister saw in the savanna. The cool thing is that Thea was in the story as well. Even though Thea was in every book it was that she was teaching her class she always talks about in the entry of the book.
