Book two in Archie Morningstar’s Space Taxi adventure was a fun, furry, imaginative ride. In space, on Earth, and under water! You never know where you’ll end up!

”The universe may be a very big place, but good friends make it a lot smaller.”
I loved the focus on friends and teamwork, but hoped for a bit more father and son time. Maybe next trip!
Jump on in with Archie, his Dad, and Pockets for laughs and adventure through the stars!
Recommended read. I ‘m looking forward to the next ride already.
119 pages. Great series for boys. Lots of adventures as Archie and his dad explore an underwater planet. The plot keeps moving and pockets the cat keeps it all lively. Includes extra information/discussion at the end. Highly recommended for Grades 4-5.
SPACE TAXI. A shadowy flight into the dangerous universe of a boy... WHO'D RATHER NOT EXIST! Archie Morningstar. A young loner with a cab-driving dad who devotes his little life to protecting the innocent. The helpless, the clueless...in a world of arch-criminals who believe themselves above the law. You notice, I hope, I'm freely ripping from the opening of Knight Rider, which I find similar in most aspects to that classic sci-fi show about cool cars with gadgets, mystery, and, yes, a KITT...err, kittycat. This sequel to a new and fun series has Archie, his dad and his talking feline Pockets off to a watery grave of a watery planet where the evil organization BURP (yeah, I too found this odd) is planning universal conquest, as all bad guys in science fiction stories seem to have the annoying habit of doing. It's fun and cool, but lacking something I think. Perhaps David Hasselhoff as the dad...NAAAHHH!
8 year old Archie is so excited to be helping his dad and Buttons on a mission for Intergalactic Security Force. Archie can't wait to help the water planet Nautilus where the water is mysteriously disappearing.
Good story includes information about magnetism and cloud formation.
