This looks like the recipes are easy enough to make. I decided not to try green smoothies because the more recipes I read and the more I thought about it, I was just grossed out by the idea of drinking lettuce and collar greens, etc. I guess I'm just not that brave. I'll just have to try to eat healthier another way.
This inexpensive e-book is great for anyone who's into health food and eager to use their blender. I've tried a few of the recipes and I was not disappointed with the taste. Delicious and good for your body and not just for weight loss. I really like this book.
Personally I'm not too big on eating super healthy, but my wife and I are trying to make an effort to change that. Despite my distaste for healthy food, this book has some great smoothies that are actually kind of delicious. I've been having one for breakfast everyday, and I've already lost a few pounds!
This was free on Amazon, and since I like smoothies, I thought I would check it out. However, the recipes are so unrealistic and sound so genuinely awful that I have removed it from my Kindle. I only recommend this one if you are vegan or hard-core health nut.
Easy to read. Most recipes are for a ton of ingredients whereas ideas looking for 5 or fewer for my busy schedule. I did like the smoothie facts section for each one though.
