I'm the 2nd person to have borrowed this book from the library...

I have cooked the Moroccan Lamb with couscous - Delish! Will definitely be marinading lamb in the same way on many occassions :)

I have cooked the vichysoisse soup - I now have a go-to recipe if the leek in the pantry is looking a little lacklustre ;)

Alas... I had to return it to the library :(

I might have considered buying this over COOK with Jamie back in the day even though I don't watch Masterchef...

Perfect kitchen Bible for the more advanced home cook wanting to learn more about cooking and food. The layout of the book I liked. I found the details about specific ingredients perfect for a quick glance when deciding what to pair with my fresh protein of the day.

One of the best cookbooks that I've had in my hands, containing so much more than only recipes.

I was very pleased to pick up this huge encyclopedia for £5! I'm even lower on the scale than an amateur cook so there was plenty of helpful sections to answer my questions and show me the basics.
