The Rules comes out tomorrow! Yay! I did get to sign copies of it early at TeenBookCon this weekend, which was awesome. 
(And it’s a truly wonderful event! If you’re in the Houston area, or willing to drive, it’s so worth going.)

Hi! Unfortunately, I don't know when it'll be in bookstores in the Philippines--I hope it will be soon! :) But if you want it right away, I know The Book Depository has it and and they will ship for free to the Philippines.
