Bolo to unášajuce ako pohyb ponorky ktory nam pomaly utápal hlavnu hrdinku.. alebo nie?
Tato kniha bola jedna zo slabsich od autora, alebo skor by som povedala velmi dlho sme sa dostavali k podstatnym veciam a k deju ako takemu, ale inak super kniha, paci sa mi ten vedecko-beletricky druh romanu, ktory som nevidela okrem Robina Cooka u ziadneho ineho autora, to je tiez dovod preco tak oblubujem jeho knihy.
Klamstva a podvody z vysokych postov neboli nicim prekvapujuce, samozrejme osoba ktora klamala ma nadmieru zaskocila.
bolo to prijemne citanie, obcas som sa ale citila nesvoja pri osudoch postav.

V románe Bod klamu Dan Brown opäť jednoznačne preukázal svoje spisovateľské majstrovstvo. Kniha je neobyčajnou kombináciou faktov, fikcie, vedeckých objavov, klamstiev, poloprávd, intríg, konšpirácií a nečakaných zvratov, ktoré sú fantasticky zasadené do deja predvolebnej kampane o kreslo najmocnejšieho muža sveta.
Príbeh zachytáva veľmi krátky časový úsek dvoch dní, ktoré sú však preplnené udalosťami. Dej je zo začiatku úplne zahmlený a čitateľ sa do komplikovanej hry dostáva už počas jej behu, pričom nevie skoro nič. Nechápajúc sleduje hlavnú hrdinku, ktorá sa vydáva na neočakávanú cestu, ktorej vôbec nechápe a už vôbec netuší čoho všetkého bude v nasledujúcich hodinách svedkom. Práve v čase vyostrenia predvolebného boja sa objavuje čosi, čo má úplne zmeniť Ameriku a s ňou aj celý svet, čosi čo má zaručiť víťazstvo jednému z kandidátov. No ako sa postupne ukazuje, aj malá chybička znamená tvrdý pád.
Brownovo majstrovstvo spočíva v spôsobe akým čitateľa celou hrou mocných vedie, ako premyslene odhaľuje fakty a skutočnosti, tak ako na ne postavy prichádzajú, spolu s predstavami katastrofických dôsledkov. Keď už čitateľ nadobudne pocit, že všetko je jasné, nečakane sa objaví len malá nejasnosť, ktorá rozbehne celý kolotoč nečakaných udalostí, ktoré majú skončiť úplnou katastrofou.
Je úžasné sledovať, ako je rozprávanie koncipované. Každou kapitolou sledujeme konanie inej postavy, ktorá sa dozvedá alebo vykonáva niečo, čo má na celý dej vážne následky. Takto je postupne odhalená úplná a šokujúca pravda, ktorú sa nakoniec dozvedá aj americká verejnosť.
Danovi sa aj v tomto staršom románe podarilo vykresliť úžasný a dych berúci príbeh, plný prekvapení. Ba dokonca si dovoľujem tvrdiť, že tento príbeh je ešte o čosi lepší ako jeho najnovší román Inferno, ktorý som doteraz považoval za to najlepšie, čo som kedy prečítal.

Zrejme najslabší z prvotnej štvorice od Dana Browna. Napriek tomu veľmi napínavé čítanie.
