Que de plaisir de lire cette auteure, j'adore sa plume du coup j'aurais lu la trilogie quasi d'un seul coup sans lire d'autres livres pendant ma lecture.

On apprend que d'après une légende trois déesses captives avec des forces démoniaques trois âmes en peines rêvant de liberté et que seulement trois mortelles pourront les délivrées. Elles font passé un marché un million de dollars pour chacune qui arrivera à les délivrés. Malory en est sortie victorieuse, quant à Dana c'est à son tour, elle devra lutter contre des pouvoirs maléfiques d'un sorcier du nom de Kane. Ce qu'elle ne sait pas c'est qu'un de ses ex Jordan Hawke jouera un rôle dans cette quête.

Un livre lu d'une traite tellement j'ai accroché à l'histoire si prenante, captivante, addictive, remplie de suspens et de rebondissements avec des personnages toujours aussi attachants.

Ce second tome nous plonge dans la quête de Dana. Cette jeune femme adore lire. C'est donc dans ce domaine qu'elle reçoit son indice pour retrouver sa clé. Mais l'histoire va plus loin puisqu'elle concerne également Jordan, son amour de jeunesse qui lui a brisé le coeur des années auparavant.

Dana doit déchiffrer ses indices, rechercher dans quel livre la clé se cache et comprendre ses sentiments envers cet écrivain.

Ce second tome est beaucoup plus intéressant que le premier. Dana est un personnage avec un sacré caractère, elle ne se laisse pas faire. Malgré sa peur de l'amour, elle est forte.
Dommage que la recherche en elle-même soit toujours placée au second plan vis-à-vis de la relation entre les protagonistes...

Le sorcier Kane va plus loin et est plus présent dans ce tome. L'issue risque d'être compliquée et j'espère marqué avec encore plus d'actions.

J'aime beaucoup cette trilogie. Une belle histoire, bien écrit, captivant. On veut toujours en savoir plus, on arrête de lire seulement quand les yeux brûlent!! Je recommande fortement. J'adore Nora Roberts..
