Weekend breakfasts are the best ️. I read cookbooks like I read regular books, do you too? This one has been lingering on my TBR stack for a long time! I have several other much-loved gluten-free cookbooks and, I've been doing this long enough that I can take a regular cookbook and modify pretty much any recipe so I guess this one just didn't take top priority. Yesterday when I was rearranging my TBR cart, I plucked this one off and committed to reading it. I'm so glad I did, this Denver brunch break was delicious! I've earmarked a lot of other recipes in this book to try ️ :)
I learned about the benefits of gluten free foods in a book I recently read so I got this book for more gluten free recipes and it contains wonderful recipes with easy to follow instructions and great tasting recipe. A collection of substantive recipe which will be helpful in my weight loss diet regimen.
I recommend this book for anyone going gluten free. There are many recipes that I have tried and to tell you the truth I feel so much better. I'm also thinking of trying to go less meat! May be difficult but I'm going to try.
